About West Lake Okoboji

This is a large lake located in Okoboji Iowa.. There is a dive shop on location that can give people boat rides to popular dive sites. bluewaterdivers is the name of the dive shop. I have dove there before and been amazed at what an iowa lake can offer a diver. There are many varieties of fish to see, most are extremely friendly and awaiting to be fed if you so wish. There are many boat wrecks, and pipelines to see including an old ice truck that fell threw the ice many years ago. Most of the depths that you will experience are from 20-40 feet, you can in some parts of this large lake reach up to 100 feet.
