About Volund Wreck

The Volund was a Norwegian Steamer. She sank in September 1908 and was only discovered by the NOAA in October 2003. Thats 95 years later ! She sank due to colliding with another vessel. Despite being under water for more then 100 years, she remains a beautiful wreck dive. Her remains are coral encrusted and teeming with marine life.
