About Vertical Awareness

This site is also known as the Pinnacle. It is located off the island of Niihau at Lehau Rock. It is 1 to 1 1/2 hour boat ride from Kaui. This is a deep dive site. Advanced dive skills are a must here to enjoy the site to its fullest. Begin your descent by huge lava blocks. Then swim through crack in the wall to a great wall. Head out in the blue at 18 meter. You will find a wide plateau at 9 meter covered with a cauliflower coral heads. In a cavern off Niihau light filters through a hole in the ceiling.
