About Radio Island Jetty

Radio Island Jetty can be found on an island between Beaufort and Morehead City and parking is accessible at a county water access park. One will need to hike up to the beach to reach the dive site. It is advised to dive here before the slack tide sets in so that you can ride along the rocky channel. There is a huge amount of marine life, including crustaceans and hard and soft coral. The maximum depth is roughly 40 feet while the rocks reach around 15 feet.
