One can enter Plum Cove fairly easily and be sheltered from the open oceans swell. The maximum depth is around 35 feet and is perfect for newcomers to diving. Directions as follows: At the intersection of SR 127 and SR127A in Rockport (NE Cape Ann), carry on North for 4.2 miles. The Cove will show up on your right-hand side.
