Pinta is one of the most popular dive sites in New Jersey. Two ships collided during a clear day in an open sea, a mystery still. It boasts a small ship lying on a sandy bottom with good visibility. One can swim about the ship several times on only one tank of air. It is a great site to train for multi-level dives. The hull is generally intact and the bow is in good quality, however most the ship is wrecked. The stern has exploded and the engine room is now accessible.
