This site used to be a restricted nesting area for Brown Pelicans, but since the beginning of November 2008 , it has opened for divers. This site is above a cliff and rock that drops into the Pacific Ocean. The bottom is rugged and rocky with plant and algea growth. There is large Kelp forests. This is an easy and relaxing dive, and is perfect for beginner divers.
