This is a very dangerous dive and many divers has died here throughout the years. You will notice the warnings on the beach, so do not ignore this. Monastery beach is defanitly not for the faint hearted or beginner levels. It has a bad rocky entry and extreme surge. Once you reach 90 meters offshore, you will see the wall dropping steeply to about 300 meters into the canyon. The exit can be difficult as you need to carwl out. Abundance in marine life and kelp gardens.
