Pearl Harbor Wall has an artificial reef that is named after an underwater steel pipeline that is now broken into many pieces. There are many finger reefs here with sandy patches between them. One can see many fish in juvenile form here as well as devil scorpion fish, leaf scorpion fish and octopuses.
