About Conchas Lake

Conchas Lake is one of the largest lakes in the state, including its 60 miles of coves, beaches, varied shoreline and canyons. It has ample camping space, a marina, and fishing suppliers, boat ramps, playgrounds and food services and as such attracts a large amount of visitors. Directions are as follows: Conchas Dam is 224 miles east of Albuquerque off I-40. From I-40, go north on SR 129, then north on SR 104
