About Baleen Wreck

Also known as The Jesse James. This wreck has been searched for, for four years til she was finally found in 1994. She was a Steel Hulled Tug Boat. In October 1975 she departed New York will two and a half million gallons of oil when a raging fire broke out in her engine room. Efforts to bring the fire to control was effortless untill the next morning. She was towed back to Boston, and enroute plunged into the water.
