The Alicia was a hug Iron-hulled steamer originally built in Scotland. She was enroute to Cuba from Liverpool, England when she slammed into the rocks close to Biscayne. She was carrying precious cargo when she ran aground, which was recovered before the ship was abandoned. Since then, her hull has broken up and deteriorated, and is now home to loads of healthy corals and marine life.
