The Fair Dawn was a british built and registered MVF. In 1974 she steered into bad weather conditions, resulting in her running ashore just off Start Point in Westray. She lies at a depth of 30 meters and can be accessed by beginners divers, if accompanied by intermediate or advanced. A beautiful coral enveloped wreck, with a large array of marine life inhabiting her today.
