About Koh Krok

0.05 kilometres in size and comprising mostly rock, Koh Krok is the closest of three islands approximately 8km off the coast of Pattaya. It has only one sandy beach of about 100 metres, on the east side, which is ideal for coral viewing. Sitting along the tidal flow line makes it perfect for a drift dive. Night dives are possible. The tidal flow can be quite strong. The depth makes it a suitable option for divers of varying experience levels, including novice. The island is surrounded by rock formations and soft coral and sea anenomes feed off the current. Sea anenomes and clown fish are prolific, with a large anemone garden on the west side of the island. Access is by charter boat from Pattaya and the best times to visit are from December to March.
