About The Nursery-Lake Tanganyika

Fresh Water, 780 metres, huge rocks underwater the size of houses, about 78 species of Cichlids, amazing visibility. Start from right under the boat on a sandy "beach" at about 8 metres, then dive clockwise around the rock outcrop. On the western side there is a 23 metre drop-off. In the deeper water you'll see another whole spectrum of the Lake's aquatic life, from otters, to catfish, to Sangala Pamba, (Lates Angistifrons), which can get to 200cm and over 100kg
