Dates back 1980 in Taiwan, when leisure diving and fun diving not known to the community, father of Dylan Chen has been working on high risk underwater engineering in order to feed his family of five and also created a good reputation on maritime engineering and diving industry on behalf of Taiwan Dive Center during that time. Dylan said that he has began to work with his father since 16-year-old. They work across the country, been to countless major ports, rivers, reservoirs and other strange environment in the country. Growing up with storming environment and had countless seasickness on the wavy ocean became the reasons for him to escape the diving industry until he met leisure diving. Dylan and his brother, Chi-Yin have taken over the company in Year 2003 and changed the mode of the company into a leisure diving center. In 2011, Taiwan Dive Center is renowned as a PADI Career Development Center, and then became the only PADI Five Star CDC in 2014, which conveniently located in the heart of Kenting’s premier dive sites.
