About Terlinden

Access is easiest by locating a near-by bouy and descending down the chain. The depths after the descent are around 10 meters. The sea floor slants down to a depth of 30 meters, after a short swim you will end up at a wall which descends down to a depth of 45 meters, although at these depths there is no light and makes one almost completely surrounded by darkness. Here you can either head along with the wall on your left shoulder where you will come to a small memorial cross in remembrance of a diver who died here in 2003.Continue in this direction and you will come to some rocky overhangs at a depth of about 40 meters, where ascension can be made. The other option is to head with the wall on your right shoulder in which case you will come across a cave at a depth of about 40 meters. The cave here is home to various small marine creatures,it is advised to start ones ascent after exploring what the cave has inside. This is an interesting site
