About Nicomedia Wreck

The Nicomedia was a German Steamer that was used to transport Iron Ore and Beer from Sweden. Its a well known wreck, believed to have been part of the E 19 Submarine Massacre during WW11. The Nicomedia was stopped by a E 19 Submarine to be inspected in 1915. Minutes later she was sunk for no reason. Today she rests in deep water. Several interesting artifacts are surrounding her ealong with a large array of marine life and coral growth. Very interesting and scenic dive.
