About El Toro

This marine reserve area is a wonderful dive which is generally sheltered. The dive itself consists of various rock features including ledges which are covered in coral growth and provide a home to some of the smaller marine creatures that live here. There is a large wall which starts at 30 meters and leads to a drop off where the ocean floor drops away to a depth in excess of 60 meters.Along this wall there are various coves and small holes. The sea floor here is covered in large boulders which are covered in colour marine growth, such as corals and sponges. The cracks and holes within the rocks and wall provide shelter to various small fish and marine creatures. This is a great dive for advanced divers and while it is possible to be dived by intermediate divers, due to the depths their diving will be limited.Amazing amounts of fish of all sizes are visible here
