With typical water visibility of 30 meters or more, and access to dive sites famed for incredible and rare diving experiences with devil mantas, whales and rare sharks. El Hierro has earned a well deserved reputation as a top tier scuba diving holidays location, and the best overall in the canary islands.They offer a wide range of PADI diving courses and daily boat departures to some of the most beautiful dive sites in Europe. They specialize in tailored packages for individuals and groups that include: diving, accommodation, car rental. And key to many of our clients, and unique to the center here, all the staff are fluent in English, the owner and manager is Irish. Your dive briefings, courses and bookings will be all be completed in English.From our Dive Centre in La Restinga, located on the southern tip of El Hierro, they dive more than 20 dive sites which are all located between 5 and 20 minutes by boat. The Mar de las Calmas Marine Reserve is protected from the prevailing Northeast winds and is perfect for year round diving with visibility as much as 40m at times and rarely less than 20m. The marine reserve zone gets the least rainfall and most sunshine in El Hierro.
