The Het Huis Te Kraaienstein is known as South Africa's oldest wreck. This old wooden hullen ship sank in 1670 after running aground in Oudekraal. Today she is broken up and her remains scattered over a wide area on the sandy seabed. Beautiful corals and spectacular display of marine life is what now envelopes her. Excellent bottom topography and great site for photography.
