About Arraia Divers

Arraia Divers' goal is to make sure divers enjoy themselves both on land as well as in the water. Their dive staff are fluent in English, Portuguese and French. For divers' safety, all of their dive staff (instructors and dive masters) are not only PADI professionals but are also insured by Aqua Med DAN or PADI. They are up to date with today’s current dive techniques and theory and always aim to be environmentally aware. Divers can also be assured that their equipment is modern and regularly serviced as the center has a certified service technician on site. Both their compressor and tanks are serviced, and their tanks are certified, ensuring that divers will be breathing only the cleanest Azorean air.To make diving easy, they gear up at their back door and walk a mere 20 m to their house reef, Arraia Reef. They are also connected to the 4 star Hotel do Caracol, if divers choose to stay on site they offer special hotel rates to all of their customers.
