The USS New York is a true beauty when it comes to wreck diving in the Phillipines. This ship served in WW1, the Chinese Revolution as well as the Philipine-American war. She was decommisioned in 1931 and sunk by Americans to prevent her from landing into Japanese control. Today she rests in waters of 27 meters deep. She is still very much intact and covered in beautiful corals and marine life.
