About Oryoku Maru Wreck

The Oryoku Maru was a Japanese luxury liner. She sank on Dec 15th 1944 after being attacked by allied forces. On this day she had more then 300 lives lost. Today she rests in waters no deeper than 18 meters making it easily accessible by all level divers. This beautiful wreck can be reached only 400 meters from Alava pier.
