About Awash North Reef

Awash Reef North forms part of the Awash reef system and shares the same underwater topography as the Awash South Reef. Starting in shallow waters and gently sloping down to a maximum depth of 18 meters. Here you will find a spectacular canyon, covered in hard and soft corals which you can swim through. Lots of cracks and crevices can be found all along the reef, hiding abunance in smaller marine critters.
