About Ferndale & Parat

The Ferndale was built in 1925 and this 116 meter Norwegian ship,run by the Germans was sunk on 15 December, 1944 when she hit the Seglesteinen.On the 16 December a tug boat arrived to tow The Ferndale off but while doing so,both the ships were attacked and eventually both of them sank next to each other.
