About Ocean Chief Wreck

The Ocean Chief was a Black Ball Clipper vessel that sailed under the command of Captain T Brown. She sank on 13 January 1862 after strong winds steered her to run ashore close to Taenae. Today she is mostly broken up and home to several species of marine life. A beautiful dive ! All level divers welcome.
