About Pena Blanca (White Rock)

Because Pena Blance is in open ocean, the visibility is usually excellent. The bottoms slopes gradually, but the depth goes on to infinity. It is an area where sometimes sharks are seen. Since the entire coast of the state of Colima is on the same latitude as the Hawaiian islands, the underwater landscaping is also very similar to the islands. Bot areas are volcanic in origin, and you'll see lava flows, cracks and fissures, small caves, tunnels and crevices.
