About Qawra Bay

Qawra Bay is a dive site situated on the south east side of the Qawra Point peninsula. This location is ideal for beginners and those looking for confined water training and try dives, due to its shallow and sheltered nature. The depth of the bay ranges from 2 to 10 metres, with the bottom primarily composed of sand and patches of Posidonia seagrass.

The bay is a habitat for a variety of marine life, making it an interesting spot for underwater exploration. Despite its shallow depth, the site offers a reef type dive. The visibility and current conditions can vary. The dive site is conveniently located near Qawra Point, providing easy access for divers.
