Doolin Point in County Clare, Ireland is a handy shore dive which max's out at 24 m. Take a short walk across about 150 meters of flat rock, there may be some clambering down but it's really not too difficult of coarse it's easier to access at high tide. The site is in the cove with great underwater topography for length explorations.
