About Fukui Point

This site always listed highly on people's favourites sites, and is named after the Japanese discoverer who dived this spot about 20 or so years ago. You can find white-spotted moray eels looking out from their dens. If there is a current running through this site, then you will probably see lots of red-tooth triggerfish swarming low down. Fukui Point is a cleaning station, so you are likely to run into various kinds of large fish. It's a lovely place to observe Napoleon wrasse having their parasites nibbled off as trevallys and large snappers line up for the same make over.
