Barefoot Scuba Dive Resort (formerly known as Cafe Del Mar) is Havelock's premier dive resort. The property on Beach No.3 comprises an elegant Resort with several categories of rooms appealing to all budgets and a full-fledged PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Facility. Barefoot Scuba, established in 2005, is complete with an equipment store, filling station, library and classroom. They are the only PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive (IDC) Facility in the Andaman Islands.
