Little Cay it the last cay off of a string of cays that run west along the south western coast of Utila Island in the Honduras. Little Cay runs out perpendicular to Morgan Cay and these are snorkeling hotspots. This cay is fringe by shallow reef and you can flop around taking in the tropicals or swim with the rays off the sandy perimeter
