Diamond Cay is the first of in a series of Cays stretching out from the south western point of Utila Island in the Honduras. This is a popular scuba site which goes from 5m down to 40m off the fringe while featuring plenty of sting rays along the sandy upper portions. Snorkelers love Diamond Cay too and if all you want to do is snorkel breath taking coral then check this out. Off of Diamond Cay an old cannon rests in about two meters of water. "It was brought from a sunken wreck and deposited here during an expedition that took place in the 60's" says a local.
