About SS Turkia Wreck

The SS Turkia was a old Greek Cargo Ship. She sank in May 1941 after experiencing trouble which reulted in a internal explosion. The SS Turkia is known to be one of the best wreck dives in the Gulf Of Suez. Today she rests in a depth of 24 meters making her accessble by all level divers. A dense formation of corals now envelopes her remains and a large array of marine life can be seen here. Very scenic with great exploring opportunity.
