About The Stage

The Stage is a unique dive site located in Cyprus offering a captivating underwater experience. The site is accessible through a relatively long swim from either The Amphitheatre or The Stage Door. It features a fascinating geological formation that resembles a rock concert stage, which explains its name. Divers initially descend down a shaft and subsequently enter the main stage area through a small letterbox opening. The main stage area is essentially a large cavern with natural light illuminating the space from the openings in the ceiling. It is believed to be a collapsed cave, leaving behind a crater-like formation. The site reaches a maximum depth of 12 meters, and visibility ranges approximately between 7.5 and 22.5 meters. The Stage dive site is particularly attractive for underwater photography and video due to its unique structure and excellent light conditions.
