About Daaibooi

This is quaint small beach. It is a good spot for snorkelers and divers of all levels. It can get crowded on weekends but is quite during the week. Only a few thatched parasols can be found on the beach. Bring plenty of water and suntan lotion. Access to the beach is free and you can park very close to the beach. The neighbouring cliffs protects the waters inside the. Swells and current are usually light, therefore this a great spot for snorkelers and novice divers. Enter at the beach and swim straight out to reach the drop-off. It is about a five minute swim past the end of the bay. It starts in 10 meter of water and continuing on past 30 meter. Keep an eye out for the fishing boats which come and go from the cove. Also beware that beyond the mouth of the bay the current can pick up. Directions: Drive to the town of Willibrordus, take a left at the big church, then follow the signs past Habitat Resort. The road ends at Daaibooi.
