About Cornwall Wreck

This is one of the many famous Great Lakes Wrecks. The Cornwall was a heavy iron hulled sidewheel steamer, built in 1855. This beautiful steamer sank in 1928 after it was taken out of service and scuttled close to Amherst Island Graveyeard. This vessel was also well known as the Kingston and Bavarian and served as a salvage tug. Its a interesting dive with large amounts of marine life.
