?Locally owned and operated by Tyler and Alisa Preston since 2012, Rockfish Divers has quickly become one of British Columbia's premier dive centres. They have acquired a reputation locally and afar for safety, quality & professionalism, with a strong commitment to education and conservation.With the only onsite PADI Course Director on Vancouver Island, Rockfish is able to offer a full range of courses from beginner to Professional levels.Rockfish is also one of the only shops in B.C to have two of their own charter boats. Doing as many dives and courses as possible by boat allows for flexibility providing our clients with access to the best dives sites around Saanich Inlet and the Southern Gulf Islands! Rockfish Divers is the only dive store in Canada who is a member of the Canadian Association for Underwater Science, has an underwater research program called the Rockfish Divers Marine Science Foundation and offers scientific dive training. The Rockfish Divers Marine Science Foundation successfully submitted an application to Mission Blue and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature to create a Hope Spot that includes Saanich Inlet and the Southern Gulf Islands.
