Our Goals:Equipment Sales: Dive gear is a personal choice with many variables, so we provide a large selection of high quality scuba gear at prices that are reasonable - What good is getting certified if you can't afford the gear? Our philosophy has been to understand our customer and to fit each person individually as every person has different needs and our job is to assist you with finding the gear that works for you and also in your budget.Furthermore, we demand quality gear and great support from our suppliers/manufacturers. Our goal is to sell the best items each of our suppliers has to offer and to ensure there is nothing in our store that we would not be comfortable using ourselves. With that in mind we use our knowledge and experience to make sure you get the very best that is available and frankly...we don't carry it unless it meets our standards..Equipment Service: Both equipment service and customer service must be excellent and done in a timely manner. Professional service is the key to a good dive shop. Our staff is constantly upgrading their skills to serve you better and looking for ways to make you a better diver and a happy customer. Its always been our view that there are always ways to improve and become better at what you do.We hire people to teach our courses based on their qualifications and not just the agency for which they teach.. That means we have instructors available from PADI, NAUI, TDI, SDI, etc... and are always looking for others who share our viewpoint that they must be dedicated to training quality first.Knowledge: We love our reputation as the shop with answers.
