The Taunton was a Norwegian Cargo Steamer. She was wrecked and sent to her grave on November 24, 1920 while enroute from Virginia to St George with a cargo of coal. She struck the Northern Reef System of Bermuda due to heavy fog. Today her wreck is broken up and her remains scattered over this area. Its still a beautiful dive with much to see and explore. Excellent display of marine life.
