About Blue Marlin Lodge

In 1994 Blue Marlin Lodge established the first PADI Dive Center in the area. Over the years, growth for this self-sufficient island resort was modest as they sought to preserve the traditional ambiance and natural beauty of the surroundings, while sustainably enhancing facilities and amenities to ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction. As custodians of the Belize Barrier Reef flanking the eastern coastline, and the 2nd largest protected marine reserve as their neighborhood, sustainable development is paramount in order to preserve the rich natural resources.Today Blue Marlin Resort is the premier accommodations provider on the island offering a total of 14 units featuring dual cooling systems (fan and air-conditioning), 24 hour electricity powered by 110v ensuring warm showers, and electrical outlets to plug devices. Resort Amenities for added comfort includes Free Wifi in the Dining Room & Bar, and an Adventure Center offering a menu of snorkel, dive and fishing excursions.
