About Barcus Point

Barcus Point is situated on the North West Tip of San Salvador and is named after the unique underwater rock formation that extends into the sea. The dive site is characterized by a clear white sandy bottom interspersed with a few coral heads. The maximum depth of the site is 6 meters, making it an easy and relaxing dive suitable for all levels of divers, including beginners.

The site offers a light current and an approximate maximum visibility of 45 meters, providing an excellent opportunity to observe a variety of marine life. Divers can expect to see Groupers, Rays, Tropical Fish, Turtles, and Crabs. The site's main characteristics are its rock formations and other unique underwater features.
