About USS Peary Wreck

Also known as the DD 226. The USS Peary was an American Clemson Class Destroyer Vessel. She served in WW11. She sank on 19 February 1942 after heavy air attack from Japanese Bombers. The USS Peary was known to be the vessel with the highest loss of life in this area, during the war. Its a very interesting dive with lots to see and explore. Abundant marine and coral life.
