This wharf is located north of Tathra 430 kilometers from Sydney. Follow the signs when you get to Beqa don't turn off to Merimbula ad then left at the Police station there's an obscure little sign saying ; '�Historic Wharf' if you pass the pub you went past it'� Park at Tathra Wharf on the right end side of the road and check the conditions as the vis can be bad and the winds can blow it out. You can dive out form it or under it just check for fisherman and make your decision. It's tricky to get down the rock face to the water so be very careful flop into the water its shallow head out five meters and descend and head NW till the pinkish rocks and you'll reach the reed edge. Its about 8m here take aright and you'll see a yellow sponge that denotes a landmark for your way back. 10 min on you'll see large boulders with overhangs and suddenly everything bursts into life lists and lists of breathtaking coral. There's lots hiding in these 15 m deep nooks and crannies between the boulders. When you hit a bout 75bar head back and if you have enough air take a south east past the yellow sponge. The 3m point is exit let the waves wash you out here careful on the steep climb back u p.
