Most of Melbourne's sites are at the bottom of the bay near Port Sea but there are a few worth a visit around the top of Port Philip Bay. Black Rock near the Yacht Club is a good example. It's a 5 m deep dive and convenient to get a fix if you don't have time to take a long trip. The jetty on the beach is used for Rescue and Life Saver training. Take not that the Cerebrus is off limits its due to intense degradation so don't bother with it.
