About Savaneta Beach

Santana Reef is for the more advanced diver. This beach is good for relaxing. It is far from the crowded areas on the Western side of the island. Snorkelling is good in the shallows There is a nice shelf to explore. A bit further out, its coral shelf is one of the most popular dive sites on the island. It drops from 6 meter all the way to 60 meter. The shelf features an abundance of coral, sponges and fish. It is best to avoid this spot during times of difficult weather. When conditions are right, however, you can be rewarded with a pristine dive! Directions: 4.4 km south of the Southern 1A 4A intersection, turn West toward the beach. Follow the road for a few hundred meters until you see the entrance below
