About Italian Freighter

This dive site may well be the best dive in Albania, or one of the best. It consists of a 110 meter long Italian cargo vessel which was sunk during WWII. She lies on her port side on a sandy sea floor at just 18 meters depth, this amazing wreck is less than 1/2 km from the shore. The wreck itself is so large that it can be reached just 10 feet under the water and can even be done as a snorkel wreck dive.
